After passing the National Association of Parliamentarians Membership Exam, freshman Sullivan Butler was recognized by Principal Regenia Crane and Mayor Michael Evans on Thursday. The NAP works to advance the principles and practice of democratic decision-making by certifying parliamentarians in parliamentary procedure, or the rules of democracy.
